I know this item isn't "clothing" related, but, in the spirit of the prom posts below, I thought it might be helpful to post a link to this video. It's about 3 minutes in length, and very clearly describes how to create a gorgeous smoky eye. I've used it before, and find it very helpful. Enjoy, prom-goers!!
